The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, made for a warm and cute experience .
The parking situation was quite frustrating, with the underground parkade having a poorly designed exit, made it a challenge to leave with our vehicle.

The location was good and ideal, near the downtown activities as well as the river and public transport. I was greeted by a pretty friendly receptionist who made the stay a VERY COMFORTABLE experience.

The second floor lounge offers a nice view and is well laid out. The layout of the King Room with Sofa Bed is spacious.
The outer appearance of the hotel included boarded-up sections, which feels unsettling. The parking situation is tricky, with the underground entrance being tight and awkward for larger vehicles, costing a notable amount per night. Room cleaning fell short, with issues like fallen hand lotion dispensers and a shower that looked a bit outdated for a newer place. Some bathroom fixtures were poorly designed.

It had central location close to Information Center. Everything was great, even so a few employees were very rude. What a pleasant and attentive staff, they gave us a silent room with 2X double beds, the fire alarm, for instance.

Its location just next door to Information Center was decent and exceptionally nice. And the area was downtown, short walk to Shaw Conference Centre, and the restaurant for a cocktail. The queen room was well-appointed, it included central heating, a laptop-size safe and flat-screen TV. The breakfast was great and at reasonable prices, the staff was superfriendly.

Nice central spot, but parking's a hassle!
Spent a night here with the fam. The room was pretty spacious and comfy. The underground parking was really handy. But, the parking fee was a bit steep at $32, and getting out of the garage was just weird. The bar area was nice, perfect for a quick drink after a long day.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the early check-in that let me settle in before the regular time and the cozy setup with a sectional sofa in my room. The hotel also has a great hot tub and a 24-hour gym for relaxation after a long day. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could be better for what they charge, but overall, I had a fantastic experience! 😊

The staff were really cute and helpful! I had a special request that they took care of immediately with a smile. The free wireless internet was strong and fast, real essential for a guy like me, you know?
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.
